Formula Design

We design the formula for the product based on your needs.

Raw Material Procurement

Purchasing raw materials required for product formulas from suppliers. Of course, we guarantee the quality and safety of the raw materials, which is included in the procurement process.

Powder Mixing

The raw materials used for producing this type of product will be sent to a specialized workshop for powder mixing and stirring to ensure uniform mixing of the raw materials.

Compression Molding

The block powder unit product needs to go through the step of compression molding to condense into a specific shape.

Cleaning & Disinfection

After the production process is completed, we will thoroughly clean and disinfect the workshop and equipment.

Inner packing

Block powder unit products generally have two layers of packaging, and the packaging material for the inner packing is usually plastic film or the like.

External Packing

Products that have undergone inner packing are not the final appearance on the shelf. They also need to go through a layer of outer packing. After completing this step, our product is considered officially completed.

Inspection

The products leaving the factory will undergo various strict inspections, including laboratory self test and third-party review, to ensure that they comply with a series of internationally recognized standards such as ISO22716, and can then be labeled and shipped.
