All products undergo strict laboratory inspections before leaving the factory and are entrusted to third-party certification agencies such as BV or SGS for sampling and certification.

01. Consultation
Our salespeople will communicate with you, they are very friendly, patiently listen to your needs, and combine their rich experience to provide you with the most suitable suggestions for your brand and product positioning.
02. Sample Order & Trial Use
Based on your needs, we will prepare some samples for you to choose from and experience, so that you can have a basic understanding of our products and services.
03. Feedback
We need your feedback, which will be very helpful for us to further understand your needs. These two steps may be repeated until we receive a satisfactory response from you.
04. Packaging Design
If you have no objections to the final sample, then we can start discussing packaging design matters. Our designers will provide you with thoughtful service. It should be noted that for first-time customers, it may charge a sampling fee for the design, but it will be refunded after confirming the order.
05. Confirm the Sample & Place an Order
After you confirm all the details about the samples, you can place an order requesting us to produce. For first-time customers, the aforementioned fees will also be refunded.
06. Production & Delivery
After receiving your order, we will start production and complete the delivery before the agreed date.
