Production process

How the loose powder line works

8 controlled steps, from formula design to final inspection.

  1. 01

    Formula Design

We will analyze your needs and develop a corresponding formula based on this. The approximate ingredients will be shown to you, but the specific roportion will not be disclosed before delivery.

  2. 02

    Raw Material Procurement

We will complete the procurement as soon as the formula is determined. Our response speed is fast, but it will not affect the quality of the raw materials. You can rest assured about this.

  3. 03

    Grinding

The loose powder unit will be finely ground. In addition to conventional loose powder unit products, there are also some products that add an appropriate amount of powdered material and undergo this step of processing.

  4. 04

    Mixing & Stirring

Different loose powder units need to be mixed and stirred after grinding to achieve a uniform state.

  5. 05

    Cleaning & Disinfection

This is a necessary step after the production process of each product is completed. Despite the routine, we will not ignore it.

  6. 06

    Filling

The processed product will be sent to the filling workshop for filling.

  7. 07

    Packaging

Loose powder unit products generally do not require inner packing. After filling, they will be sent to the packaging assembly line for packaging.

  8. 08

    Inspection

We conduct strict inspections on all products, which is a necessary step. If you need it, we will provide corresponding documents and certificates.
